Magenta International is recruiting for a Bookings Coordinator to join a growing Compliance & Fire Safety business in Rochester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring service operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling appointments for engineers and subcontractors
* Managing engineer diaries and customer bookings
* Coordinating materials, travel, and accommodation requirements
* Maintaining accurate records across service management systems
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Managing service inbox requests and resolving scheduling issues
* Supporting fleet administration, PPE checks, and supplier processes
* Assisting with RAMS creation and general administration duties
About You
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, customer service, or diary management is desirable. Experience coordinating engineers or field-based teams would be highly advantageous.
