Magenta International are working with a family run business that specialise in facilities management and are looking for someone to join the team. Covering the southeast of England, the Kent based company are looking for an experienced candidate to bring their skills on board and deliver quality work to planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Basic carpentry and plumbing.
- General maintenance works such as fencing repairs, door handles and making good.
- Work on one or multiple projects per day.
- Completion of log sheets and reactive task sheets.
- Respond to tasks allocated by the helpdesk and communicated to you.
Must have:
- Full Drivers Licence
- CSCS Card
- Good communication skills
- 3 years in the building trade industry
- H&S awareness
