Site Manager (Nights) - Refurbishment Project 📍 Huntingdon, PE29 🏛️ Magistrates Court (Government Building) 📅 Start Date: 14th September ⏳ Duration: 6 Weeks 💰 Rate: £370 - £400 per shift (DOE) 🌙 Shift Pattern: 7:00pm - 4:00am We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project within a live Government building (Magistrates Court) in Huntingdon (PE29). This role will involve managing all night shift activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard, while maintaining the functionality of the building for daytime operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day running of the site during night shifts. * Coordinate subcontractors and oversee site activities. * Complete all site paperwork, records, permits, and daily reports. * Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety checks. * Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and site-specific procedures. * Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks. * Review and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). * Monitor quality of works and manage snagging where required. * Ensure all work areas are cleaned, secured, and handed back ready for occupation during daytime hours. * Liaise with the client, project team, and building stakeholders throughout the project. Essential Requirements ✅ SMSTS ✅ First Aid at Work ✅ DBS Certificate ✅ Own Laptop ✅ Full PPE ✅ Previous experience managing refurbishment projects within occupied buildings ✅ Strong administration, reporting, and subcontractor management skills BPSS Clearance Required As this is a Government building, successful applicants will be required to provide information for BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Clearance, including: * Proof of Identity * Right to Work Documentation * Employment History covering the previous 3 years * Valid DBS Certificate Interested?
