Execute these plans to meet annual sales and volume targets. – Sales and Volume Objectives: Achieve or surpass annual sales and volume goals as outlined in the budgeting and forecasting processes. – Customer Relations: Maintain high standards of customer service and relations, particularly with key accounts, ensuring professional and respectful interactions. – Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork within the internal organisation, particularly within the sales team, to support the achievement of targets. – New Product Development: Actively participate in identifying, developing, and introducing new products, meeting or exceeding NPD budgets and forecasts. – Account Prioritisation: Focus on the top ten accounts that contribute significantly to individual targets, ensuring tailored action plans and fostering business growth. – Customer Information Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Customer Information Document/File to track key data and support continuous customer service. – New Business Pipeline: Develop a new business pipeline in the Foodservice category, targeting route-to-market customers such as sandwich makers, distributors, wholesalers, and C&C operators, aiming for ten new supply agreements across the UK. – Competitive Activity Reporting: Establish a simple, accurate, and timely reporting system for competitive activities, including NPD, price changes, and promotions.
