Magenta are hiring. We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator who can join our small, friendly team in Bridgend.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial enquiry through to policy implementation and ongoing servicing.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation.
  • Processing new business applications and monitoring progress through to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems.
  • Producing suitability report packs and supporting documentation.
  • Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and other client servicing requests.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures.
  • Assisting with client annual reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
