Full time permanent position 39 hours per week Job location: Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB.
Unionised site – works in partnership with Unite the Union. A proactive and detail-driven Customer Manager to manage customer interfaces and ensure seamless coordination between internal operations and external stakeholder requirements.
This role involves handling orderbook discrepancies, invoice and returns queries, contract reviews, debt resolution queries and supporting supply chain performance through regular reporting and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will be confident hosting customer visits, chairing internal meetings, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive root cause resolution and continuous improvement.
