The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager and wider management team to establish, implement and manage short, medium and long‐term operational plans and objectives. Responsible for the development of new market opportunities through customer market research, contact, project planning, budgeting, structured marketing communications, project implementation and cost management for defined market segments.

Targeting market and customer segments to maximise the use of Euravia's resources and capabilities to optimise revenue and profit growth. Maintain close customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for potential and existing customers. Investigate, resolve and manage a variety of complex projects with long‐term commercial implications.

Address new customer requirements and expectations in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate responses and solutions are provided. Coordinate with Customer Services Department for the review of cost estimates, including the identification and introduction of new opportunities to enhance current project or specific customer profitability.

Establish and manage overseas Agents and Partners, defining areas of responsibility, assigning objectives and reviewing performance. Interact regularly with management; ensure all feedback to customers is performed in a clear, accurate and professional manner. Achieve relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for necessary courses of action to achieve optimum results.

Identify and seek training and development opportunities to increase personal effectiveness. Provide Out of Hours Emergency Cover (mobile telephone contact) to help deliver this service. Any other reasonable duties as required in support of business needs.

Qualifications include GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English, good verbal and written communication skills, and availability for overseas travel to visit customers and attend trade shows as required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably in Engineering or Business) or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong knowledge of the aero engine MRO industry is essential.

Desirable experience includes experience in the PT6 and RR250 aero engine MRO sector, with a minimum of 5 years of direct sales/customer service experience and a minimum of 3 years of business development/management experience.

About Us: Euravia Engineering, a Magellan Aerospace Company, is a specialist aviation company providing high‐quality, cost‐effective maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a wide range of gas turbines, particularly the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 engine series. Operating from four purpose‐built, fully FAA and EASA approved facilities in Lancashire, England, Euravia offers a Total Support framework for PT6 Engine Operators worldwide.

Position Details: Full‐time, permanent position. Weekdays are Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Job location: Colne Road, Kelbrook, Lancashire BB18 6SN. Travel required.

To expand Euravia's PT6 (turbo‐prop and turbo‐shaft engines) and RR250 customer base by increasing customer awareness of Euravia; to maintain profitable and productive PT6 and RR250 Engine Programme growth in accordance with Euravia's Strategic Business Plan and to build and consolidate strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
