Magellan Aerospace Blackpool has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Inspector.
Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in providing direct hands-on support to the team using relevant equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- 1st off
- Live product queries
- MRB disposition and feedback
- Customer Escape returns
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Academic: Relevant inspection Quality Assurance / Quality Control qualifications or experience; GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the aerospace or automotive industry sectors; Competent in the use of measuring equipment; Ability to read and interpret drawings and inspection reports; Experience with FAIR desirable.
