Position Summary
Euravia Engineering & Supply Co Ltd, a part of Magellan Aerospace Kelbrook, Lancashire, is hiring an Account Delivery & Procurement Planner. The role is full‑time, permanent, with a 37.5‑hour week (Monday‑Friday) located at Colne Road, Kelbrook, Lancashire BB18 6SN.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive service delivery plans that align with the client’s business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage the end‑to‑end support delivery, including product deployments, data migration, and infrastructure.
- Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, service issues, and regular service reviews.
- Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the profitability (P&L) of the account, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and manage invoicing.
- Proactively identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to expand the account portfolio.
- Analyse customer account requirements to predict future needs and order materials in the correct volume to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Liaise with vendors to place purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Ensure that products and services meet the quality standards and delivery timelines specified in the contract.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, such as supplier delays, and develop contingency plans to maintain service continuity.
- Act as a liaison between external suppliers and internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to resolve disputes regarding quality, cost, or delivery times.
- Oversee and coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Work with minimum amount of supervision and maintain a good level of productivity.
- Positively support teamwork and circulation of experience within the workforce.
- Support relevant MOS requirements and actively contribute to any 6S activities on site.
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with company Health & Safety policy.
- Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by management in support of the business.
Position Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English.
- 3 years’ experience within customer service and/or purchasing administrative position.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control, Production Processes, MRP and SAP systems.
- Proven experience in project management from conception to delivery.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in foreign trading / export – currency exchange, transportation, shipment terms and custom regulations.

- Excellent organisational, analytical and planning skills.
