Senior RF Design Engineer – Whiteley, Hampshire (Onsite) – Permanent – Up to £76,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a Senior RF Design Engineer to join a team of technical experts pushing the boundaries of wireless communication systems.

The Role:
You’ll be involved in full lifecycle development, focusing on highly complex RF multilayer designs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Schematic and circuit design, PCB design, testing, and signing off for production.
- RF system-level design and contributing to the company’s technology roadmap, staying ahead of emerging technologies.
- Over time, you may also support production, customer, and sales teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of baseband, IF, and RF circuits.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Receivers, Transmitters, Synthesizers, Oscillators, VCOs, Low Noise Amplifiers, Power Amplifiers, Mixers.
- Schematic and PCB layout design for complex RF multilayer designs.
- Specialization in RF and analog electronics, with a solid understanding of digital modulation, customer requirements, and the ability to manage colleagues/sub-contractors on a project basis.
Security Clearance: You must be eligible for UK security clearance, but you can start the role without it.
