Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (Senior: £45,000–£50,000; Lead: up to £70,000+)

We’re a rapidly growing tech business in the communications and surveillance space, delivering secure solutions to clients ranging from government departments and iconic institutions to schools and universities. With over 70 staff (half of whom are engineers), we’re expanding our field engineering team in London—and we need people who are more than just installers.

The Role

You’ll be part of a highly respected engineering team that installs, configures, and maintains a wide range of comms and surveillance technologies. This includes:

  • RF and radio systems
  • CCTV and integrated surveillance
  • Vehicle-mounted equipment

You’ll be out in the field—mostly in London—making sure our customers stay connected, protected, and supported. This is a hands-on, technically interesting role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the fly, and working with a variety of kit.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with RF systems, CCTV, or vehicle comms
  • Strong fault-finding and system integration skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
  • You’ll be put through SC Clearance once on board
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working alone or as part of a wider team
  • Based in or near London
