Job Reference No: HR25002

Magdalen College is seeking to appoint an experienced senior Human Resources leader to the newly created role of Head of Human Resources.

Applicants must be educated to Degree level, and be a Chartered Member, preferably Fellow, of the CIPD.

The starting salary will be £75,000 – £90,000 per annum according to qualifications and experience, plus an additional £1,500 per annum Oxford weighting. Benefits include contributory pension scheme, generous holidays, parking, use of sports facilities and free lunch whilst on duty and when the kitchen is open.
