Whats the role?
As a UX Designer you will work on UX, design and research for a major line of business. You will be charged with creating experiences that deliver on our vision to create the The worlds most customer-centric and stress-free digital travel experience and will collaborate closely with product leaders, marketers, data analysts, engineers, and the senior leadership team throughout the product development lifecycle.
Our approach to digital puts user needs at the heart of decision making. You will research initiatives for a range of products and will be experienced in using a variety of research methods to reveal actionable insights. You will be able to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence.
The role will see you understand our primary customer journeys and help build a clear picture of customer problems in order to create leading edge interaction and design whilst considering technical and performance constraints.

  • Experience planning and leading cross discipline ideation workshops and design sprints
  • Comfortable in taking a role in multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Promote design thinking and advocate to design principles and best practices
  • Collaborative, interdisciplinary working methods
  • Driven, hardworking and passionate about design
