The role

This role requires expertise in manpower planning and deployment to ensure our internal teams have the right staffing, in the right locations, at the right times, with appropriate skills. The goal is to operate efficiently, deliver excellent passenger experiences, maintain compliance, and control costs.

You will support budget and quarterly forecasts, conduct roster reviews, and oversee supply versus demand planning for the next 18 months. The role demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level.

What will make you successful in the role?

You should possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, capable of creating and managing complex formulas and data analysis. Experience in resource planning within large-scale operations, industry best practices, demand forecasting, and supply optimization are essential.

Outstanding communication skills, an engaging personality, and a focus on building relationships are necessary. You should be a problem solver, able to think quickly, identify trends, generate innovative ideas, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in enhancing performance through improved practices or technology is also important.
