The role
As Product Manager – Finance & Procurement, you will own a technical product area end-to-end, leading a team of product owners, solution architects, and business analysts. Your focus will be on digitising passenger journeys, improving aircraft turnaround times, enhancing colleague experiences, and driving efficiencies across the group. You will build relationships with stakeholders and operational colleagues to understand needs and challenges, working closely with other Product and Platforms teams and airport operations. You will manage stakeholder expectations, define product backlogs, minimum viable products, and track business benefits throughout the product lifecycle.
What will make you successful?
You should have a strong understanding of product development, roadmapping, and prioritisation techniques, including agile and waterfall methodologies. Commercially astute, ambitious, and an effective communicator, you should be passionate about product development and airport operations technology. Experience integrating technical products into operational contexts, understanding people, processes, and technology alignment, is essential. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or a functional leader with Finance ERP platforms such as SAP ECC & S/4 HANA, with Ariba / Blackline experience being advantageous. Knowledge of Finance & Procurement domains from a technical or financial background is required.
