As a Product Owner at MAG, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving the development, optimisation, and delivery of cutting-edge products that align with the company’s overall product vision and business strategy. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also maintain scalability, performance, and technical excellence.

Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This particular role will be focussed in the customer experience and revenue tower.

  • You’ll be used to working in an Agile way and using data driven approaches to monitor product performance and optimise features to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • You’ll also be commercially astute, an effective communicator with a customer-centric mindset and experience of blending technical products into an operational context and therefore an understanding of how people, process and technology align.
  • You’ll have experience of business transformation in a large complex, matrix organisation, with experience of developing the customer experience, with a commercial perspective.
