What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the planning and delivery of largescale Talent Development Programmes Partner with our Talent Digital Optimisation Specialist to evolve systems, tools, and platforms Build operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business Use data and insight to shape decisions, programme design, and evaluation Translate data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders and demonstrate impact
• Scaling initiatives without losing quality
• Navigating complex systems and shifting priorities
• Maintaining engagement across hybrid and dispersed teams
