The role involves being a Solution Architect in our MAG Technology team, charged with helping us transform our business through technology, digital, and automation. Working across our airports and group functions, you will define technology solutions to meet requirements, considering systems, data, process, and people. This role includes the architectural design and oversight of SAP SuccessFactors products, including HR & Payroll.
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to interact, influence, and build consensus with senior stakeholders, along with excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation, and communication skills. You should be commercially astute and possess detailed technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies, systems and infrastructure, private and public cloud, development, and DevOps toolsets. Experience in building and executing a tech strategy, maintaining a technology roadmap, and adapting to business, market, and technical change is essential. You should also have experience in developing, mapping, and maintaining a technical architecture including enterprise, applications, service, infrastructure, and data using a recognised methodology (e.g., TOGAF). Experience with HR & Payroll Platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is required. Desirable skills include an awareness of the Airport/Aviation tech landscape.
