  • Two volunteering days per year The role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple complex and high-profile projects across airport assets, adopting an “Airport as the customer” approach to minimise operational disruption.

You will be accountable for project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and compliance, ensuring adherence to SHE legislation and CDM requirements while delivering business case benefits.

You will plan and manage multiple projects, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across operational teams.

You will drive value through effective contract management, ensure Capex targets are achieved, and support the development of junior team members through mentoring.

What will make you successful in this role?

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or an equivalent professional qualification in a related engineering discipline Minimum of five years’ experience in civil engineering works, preferably within Airfield Infrastructure and Civils Works Chartered or Professional Engineer status (CEng, PE, or equivalent), or working toward it.

Strong knowledge of engineering maintenance within infrastructure environments, with particular emphasis on the manoeuvring and non‑manoeuvring areas of the airfield.

Experience with pavement design, evaluation, and rehabilitation particularly for runways and taxiways.

Comprehensive experience in Civil Engineering across conceptual design, detailed engineering, construction, and maintenance of heavy industrial structures such as buildings, highways, airfields, and underground utilities.
