Role Overview
The Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager will be responsible for CAVU's global Affiliate marketing program. Primarily responsible for commercial performance of our key clients and global distribution brands which consist of 3 key UK airports, 2 UK distribution brands and 2 US distribution brands. There will also be an expectation to launch affiliate marketing for new and existing CAVU clients that aren't currently running an affiliate programme. Responsible for growing group affiliate revenue to c. £25m over the next 5 years. Responsible for c. £11m in media spend across the group over the next 5 years.
Role Responsibilities
- 5+ years managing Affiliate programmes & campaigns in the UK, EU & USA.
- Expert knowledge with a range of Affiliate marketing platforms, preferably Partnerize and / or AWIN.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tell a clear and concise story with numbers.
- Comfortable with analysing market and business trends and being able to present clear insights to Head of Performance and broader business.
- Ensure MAG as a group have maximum exposure across the market through constantly reviewing our partners and negotiating higher value tenancies with new and existing partners to drive maximum growth.
- Work alongside our tech teams to ensure correct tagging, booking journeys & conversion tracking is implemented.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity to senior stakeholders within the business.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years hands on Affiliate Marketing experience.
- Experience managing multiple programs on a global scale driving multi £ms revenue.
- Commercially Focussed.
- Evidence of successfully meeting or exceeding set targets / KPIs across large businesses.
- Microsoft office: Excellent excel skills and competent using Word, PowerPoint and other relevant software packages.
- Digital Marketing Landscape: An interest in continually learning about online marketing developments and opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of Affiliate marketing platforms and Google Analytics. Previous experience with Partnerize and / or AWIN or similar platform.
- Google Analytics IQ desired but not essential.
- Organised and able to multitask: Highly organised and able to work on multiple websites / projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and developing more junior team members through detailed and clear PDPs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate performance to SLT / exec level colleagues.
