About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will act as the subject matter expert within the team across the MAG Group and CAVU, our global online business.

Working as a key member of the Accounts Payable team, you will manage and resolve complex supplier and stakeholder queries in a timely manner, process high‑value and intricate invoices, and oversee regular payment runs and reporting activities.

You will also build strong relationships through vendor and stakeholder meetings, providing expert support and guidance while helping to develop the knowledge and capability of the wider team.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will bring significant Accounts Payable experience gained within complex and fast‑paced business environments. They will have a proven ability to manage a wide range of vendors effectively, enabling them to confidently work with suppliers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders to resolve issues.

Experience using SAP would benefit the successful candidate greatly, as would knowledge of the CIS process and Travel & Expenses. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

As the team is undergoing an exciting transformation project towards implementing S/4 HANA, experience in this would be advantageous but is not essential to the role.
