About the Role: Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement and Logistics, the Global Fleet Manager leads on the development and adoption of MAG's Global Fleet Management Standards, promoting continuous improvement and quality management culture across all MAG locations. You will act as a global focal point, supporting both remotely and through field visits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of management processes and internal controls used across a wide range of motorised assets including light vehicles, generators, and heavy vehicles. You will act as the business owner of MAG's Standard Specifications for Motorised Assets, and in collaboration with the Global Mechanical Technical Advisor you will supervise the full lifecycle of the management process, provide technical guidance and ensure the development and implementation of effective quality assurance processes. You will work with key stakeholders, including MAG leadership, to design and rollout initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental impact reduction of MAG's fleet.
