As a People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and the wider People team to deliver a forward‑focused people plan that supports operational and strategic business objectives. You will provide expert guidance across organisational change, employee relations, talent development, engagement, workforce planning and recruitment, helping to drive a high‑performing and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and influence managers on people matters.
  • Support succession planning and development initiatives.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Improve employee engagement.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Support business transformation projects across the airport and wider group.
Qualifications
  • Proven operational HR experience in a fast‑paced, complex environment, ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, reward, leadership & development, and engagement.
  • Experience leading and contributing to people change initiatives and HR projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Track record of delivering results at pace in a demanding environment.
  • Passion for coaching and enabling people managers to perform and develop.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a varied and competing workload.
