You’ll provide advice and guidance on highly complex employee relations matters in alignment with Company Policy and relevant employment legislation to line managers. Your responsibilities will encompass the full range of ER cases, including early resolution, conflict, misconduct, health and wellbeing, capability, and ACAS/Employment Tribunal cases.

You’ll deliver services and processes in accordance with agreed policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements, logging all activities.
