MAG is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to re-establish and manage the Western Balkans programme from Sarajevo, reporting to MAG HQ. You will oversee design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation while ensuring quality, impact and compliance with MAG standards.
The role requires strategic leadership and regional stakeholder engagement. You will manage budgets, donor relationships and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with MAG policies and security practices.
