Talent Acquisition team – based at London Stansted Airport. Permanent, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Office based, with some working from home, flexible to fit the business needs. £35,266 rising to £39,092 after a successful 3 month probationary period.

The role: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring requirements. This role ensures a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to operational hiring initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns (e.g., Security, frontline operational roles) including organising and running assessment events
- Support non-volume recruitment for niche, technical, or leadership roles
- Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments as required
- Send out interview schedules and venue details to candidates
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Process & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, Right to Work)
- Support in producing offer letters for Security roles and onboarding documentation
- Employer Branding & Projects
- Organising and supporting recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding campaigns
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition Team
