The role involves being an organised and proactive Personal Assistant who can keep things running smoothly for our senior leaders. Responsibilities include:
- Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings
- Organising national and international travel and itineraries
- Preparing agendas, paperwork, and supporting key meetings
- Taking minutes/actions and following up to keep things moving
- Maintaining accurate office systems and documents
- Processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
- Drafting and formatting emails, reports, and presentations
- Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Supporting small projects, research, and wider admin tasks
- Coordinating hospitality for visitors and providing a great first impression
- Assisting with onboarding new starters and induction plans
- Ensuring Directors’ systems and equipment are in place and working
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience from a similar PA or senior administrative role, with the ability to support multiple leaders in a busy, fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable juggling competing demands, staying organised, calm, and proactive even when priorities shift. Discretion and confidentiality should come naturally to you, along with a flexible, proactive approach to your work.

- Proven PA/EA experience supporting several directors at once
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with systems such as CSS or Concur

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
