This role focuses on ensuring resilience arrangements are governed, assured and continuously improved.

  • Embed and maintain governance and assurance frameworks across the airport
  • Deliver the first-line assurance programme for Business Continuity and Emergency Planning
  • Conduct and prioritise audits using a risk-based approach
  • Produce structured reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Escalate findings and track corrective actions through governance channels
  • Support compliance with Civil Aviation Authority emergency planning requirements

Risk & Controls

This role focuses on identifying, assessing and strengthening operational risk and resilience controls.
