Summary
This role focuses on ensuring resilience arrangements are governed, assured and continuously improved.
- Embed and maintain governance and assurance frameworks across the airport
- Deliver the first-line assurance programme for Business Continuity and Emergency Planning
- Conduct and prioritise audits using a risk-based approach
- Produce structured reporting for senior stakeholders
- Escalate findings and track corrective actions through governance channels
- Support compliance with Civil Aviation Authority emergency planning requirements

Risk & Controls
This role focuses on identifying, assessing and strengthening operational risk and resilience controls.
- Coordinate and maintain resilience-related risk registers
- Work with risk owners to ensure risks are accurately captured and managed
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging internal and external threats
- Produce structured risk insight reporting for decision-makers
- Review and refine control effectiveness across resilience processes
- Support risk awareness and preparedness initiatives across the airport
