OverviewSenior Resourcing Analyst – Based at Manchester Airport – Permanent – Hybrid (Monday – Friday).

Responsibilities
Provide proven expertise and capability in manpower planning and deployment to ensure that our internal customers have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillsets to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent passenger experience while maintaining compliance and controlling costs.
Support the budget and quarterly forecasting process, conduct roster reviews, and provide an overall view of supply versus demand for the next 18 months.
What will make you successful
Exceptional and proven Microsoft Excel capabilities, with the ability to create and maintain complex formulas and data manipulation.
Knowledge and experience in resource planning in a large-scale operation, with industry best practice awareness and application.
Proven capability in demand forecasting and supply optimization.
Outstanding communication skills with an engaging personality; strong commercial, relationship, communication, and people focus.
A problem solver who can think fast, spot trends, generate new ideas, and deliver to tight deadlines.
Experience in improving performance by introducing more efficient working practices or technology.
