The Role: As a Product Owner at MAG, you will shape our innovative digital solutions, driving development, optimisation, and delivery of products aligned with our vision and strategy. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will ensure products meet customer needs and maintain scalability, performance, and excellence. Collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams, you will translate business and customer requirements into new features, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. You will be a subject matter expert for our websites, leading discovery activities and owning the roadmap to enhance passenger experience and revenue across our airports.
What will make you successful? You will have at least 3 years of experience working on websites, with expertise in A/B testing, optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration to improve customer journeys and increase revenue. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to opportunity sizing and performance measurement is essential. You should be commercially savvy, an effective communicator and storyteller, and a strong advocate for customers.
