The role

You’ll join the Finance Transformation programme as a Solution Architect – SAP to be the data migration lead and play a key role in defining, designing and delivering the target data design. Working across the programme and a diverse internal and external stakeholder base, including a specialist S/4HANA implementation partner, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape business and technology solutions, design and re-engineer processes and help drive enterprise-wide change. You’ll be accountable for overseeing and executing the data migration activities to architecture design principles, architectural approaches, and best practices. You’ll provide data leadership to the programme, approving master data designs within the approved scope which meet the sanctioned business requirements, and revised designs subject to change requests. You’ll act as a critical link between executive stakeholders, business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are regulatory compliant, feasible, and deliver measurable business value. This role is offered as a two-year fixed term contract, covering the full implementation from Explore through to post go-live stabilisation.

What will make you successful in the role?

You'll be an experienced and strategic SAP Data Solution Architect proficient with both SAP data technology tools and the associated master data objects across the S/4HANA target landscape. You’ll also have a detailed technical knowledge of data governance, data migration and you must have start to finish experience of an ECC to S/4HANA full transformation. As well as the ability to interact, influence and build consensus with senior stakeholders, you’ll have excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation and communication skills and be commercially astute.
