Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead CAVU’s global presales, bid management and Propel implementation functions across AMER, EMEA and APAC. This is a highly influential leadership role, critical to driving growth, winning new business, and ensuring seamless delivery of our technology platform on a global scale. You will own the end-to-end bid lifecycle—from shaping compelling presales strategies and leading high-quality RFP/RFI submissions, through to successful client onboarding and implementation delivery. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in shaping product direction by translating client requirements into scalable, market-leading solutions. Leading a globally distributed team, you will champion innovation, delivery excellence, and a client‑centric mindset while building strong partnerships across Product, Technology, Growth and Delivery teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Defining and leading global presales and bid strategy to improve win rates and enhance client value propositions
- Acting as the lead on RFPs, proposals and presales engagements, ensuring high-quality, differentiated submissions
- Owning end-to-end global implementation of Propel, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and to scope
- Translating client and market needs into product and solution roadmaps in partnership with Product and Technology teams
- Partnering with regional leaders to align presales and implementation with go‑to‑market strategies and growth priorities
- Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insight and commercial recommendations
- Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing global team across multiple regions
- Establishing and tracking KPIs across bids, presales and implementations to drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Driving innovation through AI, automation and scalable processes to enhance delivery efficiency and client experience
- Acting as an escalation point for major implementations, ensuring risks are managed and resolved effectively
About you
You’ll be a visionary leader with a strong technical and commercial foundation, experienced in leading presales, bids and implementation within a fast‑paced, global SaaS or digital environment. You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in B2B SaaS presales, bids and implementation leadership
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of software development, integrations and product architecture
- Proven success leading complex global bids, RFPs and client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into scalable, commercially viable solutions
- Experience leading and inspiring high‑performing, international teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
- A data‑driven mindset, using insights to drive performance and optimisation
- Passion for innovation, digital commerce and delivering outstanding client outcomes
A background in travel, e‑commerce or digital platforms is advantageous but not essential.
What’s in it for you?
As well as a competitive benefits package, you’ll be joining a business that’s growing rapidly with genuine opportunities to shape global strategy and make a lasting impact. You’ll work at the forefront of digital transformation in travel, influencing major commercial decisions and helping scale innovative solutions worldwide.
Benefits
- 25 days holiday, increasing with service (up to 28)
- Option to buy up to 10 extra days + 4 flexible bank holidays
- 10% company pension
- On‑site gym
- Discounts including up to 50% off CAVU products such as Escape Lounges and Airport Parking
