A keen learner, you’ll be excited about trying new things and coaching others in their use. Ideally, you will have a background in Back-end or Full-stack Development.

You’ll realize that modern applications are more than just PHP, researching which AWS services and datastores are right for the job and how to orchestrate everything using Terraform.

You will take full responsibility for developing and delivering a strategic technological vision and direction for the business, leading and managing a software development team from a technical perspective in an Agile manner. As a Tech Lead you are the singular authority for technical decisions within your autonomous teams.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead (ideally - back-end focused)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Object-Oriented Programming
  • Good understanding of Software design patterns
  • CI/CD or DevOps environment experience
  • Object-Oriented Programming with PHP 7/8
  • Experience in Typescript and/or experience with applying TDD/BDD development techniques and ensuring teams adhere to them
  • AWS development, including DynamoDB, Lambda

25 days holiday, increasing 1 day per year with service (up to a maximum of 28) ~ Option to buy up to 10 more days annual leave, plus 4 flexible.
