The Role: As a ServiceNow Product Manager, you will own the ServiceNow platform end‑to‑end, driving its evolution to support critical IT and business services across MAG. You will define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring the platform enables automation, efficiency, and seamless service experiences for colleagues and operational teams. Working across IT, People, Finance, and operations, you’ll translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Owning the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog, aligned to strategic priorities
  • Driving platform optimisation, automation and process improvement across service workflows
  • Working with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions
  • Leading agile delivery with product owners, analysts and technical teams
  • Defining and tracking product KPIs, user experience and service performance metrics
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring value from ServiceNow investment
  • Driving adoption, standardisation and best practice use of the platform
  • Managing product financials including budgets and business cases

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience managing enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow
  • Experience delivering technology products using agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and product roadmaps
  • Strong stakeholder management across complex, matrix environments
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
