The Strategic Change team sits at the heart of MAG’s transformation agenda, leading complex, cross-functional programmes that reshape how the organisation operates and delivers for passengers, colleagues, and partners. Beyond delivery, the team plays a critical role in ensuring change is successfully adopted and sustained, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement, build capability, and embed new ways of working.
