We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Customer Platform team, helping shape and optimise some of the most visible and business-critical digital experiences across MAG airports. This role will focus on the digital customer journey across key touchpoints including the Manchester, Stansted and East Midlands Airport websites, alongside associated passenger information and self-service experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving optimisation initiatives, improving customer engagement, and ensuring our digital platforms continue to evolve in line with customer and commercial needs.

Working within an Agile product environment, you’ll collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content and business stakeholders to define priorities, manage delivery and ensure product decisions are driven by insight and measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at a pivotal stage, building on significant digital transformation work completed over the last 18 months and helping shape the next phase of optimisation, experimentation and customer experience improvement.

  • Own and manage product backlogs across digital customer touchpoints, ensuring priorities align with customer, operational and commercial objectives.
  • Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX and content teams to ensure solutions deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of product delivery processes and Agile ways of working.
  • Drive optimisation initiatives across web and digital customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and usability.
  • Support and coordinate experimentation and A/B testing activity in partnership with UX and digital teams.
  • Use customer, behavioural and performance data to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
  • Ensure digital experiences remain aligned to both customer expectations and wider business strategy.
  • Balance customer needs, technical considerations and commercial priorities when making product decisions.

We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially aware Product Owner who enjoys working in fast-paced digital environments and is passionate about improving customer experiences through data-led product decisions. You’ll likely have previous experience working in Product, Digital or Customer Experience teams, with exposure to Agile delivery environments and optimisation-focused digital products.

  • Experience working as a Product Owner or within a product-led digital delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery practices.
  • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories and working within sprint-based delivery teams.
  • Exposure to digital optimisation, experimentation or A/B testing initiatives.
  • The ability to interpret and utilise data to support product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Experience working closely with UX, engineering and content teams.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as GA4 would be advantageous.
