The role:

As a Digital Workplace Product Manager, you will own the products and tools that shape how colleagues work, collaborate and communicate across MAG. From Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms to employee experience tools, you will drive a modern, intuitive and efficient digital workplace that enables productivity and engagement across our airports and central teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Owning the Digital Workplace product portfolio and roadmap
  • Enhancing collaboration, communication and productivity tools (e.g. M365 suite, PowerApps etc)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve colleague experience through technology
  • Driving adoption and change across digital workplace tools
  • Partnering with IT, Communications and business teams to define requirements
  • Leading agile delivery of enhancements and new capabilities
  • Monitoring performance, usage and user satisfaction metrics
  • Managing vendor relationships and product budgets

What will make you successful in the role?

  • Experience managing digital workplace or end-user technology products
  • Strong understanding of collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, CoPilot PowerApps, SharePoint)
  • Experience delivering user-focused technology solutions
  • Ability to balance technical capability with user experience design
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
