About The Role
As a Landside Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and commercially optimised operation of landside functions. You will lead administrative, financial and operational activities across car parks, forecourts, and associated assets, driving revenue performance, compliance, and service excellence. This role combines operational leadership, financial control, stakeholder engagement and data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring that landside services run smoothly while continually improving processes, systems and customer outcomes.
As a Landside Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the administration team, providing clear direction, performance management and coaching to ensure delivery of service, compliance and income targets.
- Managing and optimising concession schemes and staff parking, ensuring maximum revenue generation and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Leading stakeholder management across internal and external partners, including finance, legal, commercial teams, suppliers and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
- Coordinating landside projects and minor works programmes, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with minimal operational disruption.
- Overseeing claims management and insurance processes, identifying trends and implementing improvements to reduce cost exposure.
- Developing and implementing policies and audit processes to protect revenue, ensure compliance and improve operational performance.
- Owning and enhancing data reporting and analytics, producing dashboards and insights to support commercial, operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Managing supplier and third‑party relationships, ensuring high performance, accountability and value for money across all contracts including Bussing and Barrier solutions.
- Ensuring optimal performance of landside infrastructure and assets, including car park systems, CCTV, vehicles and control systems.
