Working as part of the Landside Operations team, you will ensure that the coach station operates to the highest standards for passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
You will work with scheduled bus and coach service providers to ensure exceptional service standards are delivered and develop positive working relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of Stansted Airport coach and bus station to ensure an efficient operation with minimal disruption, including bay management.
- Carrying out daily Health & Safety inspections on the Coach Station facility and reporting/recording all faults through the Airport’s fault reporting process.
