The role involves managing the operation of the bus and coach station at Stansted Airport, ensuring a safe operating environment with excellent customer service and minimal disruption. You will work as part of the Landside Operations team to ensure that the coach station operates to the highest standards for passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of Stansted Airport coach and bus station to ensure efficient operation with minimal disruption, including bay management.
- Carrying out daily Health & Safety inspections on the Coach Station facility and reporting/recording all faults through the Airport’s fault reporting process.
- Facilitating the payment of charter coach charges and banking monies daily through the agreed process.
- Providing information and assistance to all customers and service providers using the coach and bus station services.
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is delivered without exception and making decisions that improve the experience for all.
- Liaising with Cleaning Supervisors to ensure the coach station facility is cleaned to a high standard.
- Liaising with the Stansted Airport service providers regarding service updates.
- Managing the evacuation of the Coach Station facility and assisting in the Terminal evacuation procedures.
