The role: This is your chance to embark on an industry-leading career in Finance. The skills you will develop are used by Finance Managers, Commercial leaders, Strategists, and Execs, to name just a few career pathways. Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
Over Three Years, You Will:
- Complete a thorough induction programme, which includes trips to each of our airports.
- Rotate through our different Finance business areas, including Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.

Most importantly, we’re looking for applicants that can connect with people at all levels in the organisation, absorb information, interpret it to understand the impact on others and then, draw conclusions with conviction. You’ll be an excellent communicator with great analytical skills and business knowledge, from financial regulations to operational awareness. You’ll nurture relationships with our stakeholders, as well as share ideas, learnings and best practices in a collaborative environment. Ensuring that our business partnerships remain strong is at the core of this scheme, calling for all your best qualities such as personality, flair, and intellect. Lastly, to meet our security clearance requirements, you should have lived in the UK for the last three years.
