Landside Operations team London Stansted Airport
- 1 x permanent role – part time, 18.5 hours per week
- 1 x 12 month secondment/fixed term contract – 36.75 hours per week
Salary: £26,484 rising to £29,331 after successful 3 month probation (£13,242 rising to £14,665 for part time role)
Additional 17.5% shift pay
Shift working – shifts include 0600–1630 and 1530–0200, covering seven days a week and rotating over a 10 week period.
The Role
To manage the operation of the bus and coach station at Stansted Airport ensuring a safe operating environment, with excellent customer service and minimal disruption at all times. Working as part of the Landside Operations team to ensure that the coach station operates to the highest standards for both passengers, colleagues and other stakeholders. Working with scheduled bus and coach service providers, you will ensure exceptional service standards are delivered and develop positive working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Stansted Airport coach and bus station ensuring an efficient operation with minimal disruption, including bay management.
- Carry out daily Health and Safety checks.
