About the Role
Join Stansted Airport’s Data & Insight Team and help drive a truly data‑led culture across the organisation. In this senior role, you’ll shape how the airport uses data to improve customer experience, enhance operational performance and support strategic decision making. As a data SME, you’ll partner with departments across the airport to build reliable, insightful data products and deliver high‑quality analytics that uncover trends, solve operational challenges and demonstrate the value of data‑driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability, championing a single source of truth and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

What Will Make You Successful
You’ll bring proven experience in senior data, analytics or insight roles, with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders including the Senior Leadership team. Your technical capability spans advanced Power BI development, SQL expertise and working with large datasets in modern cloud environments.
