Manchester Airport is creating a world class airport that’s proud of the role it plays in connecting the north and we’re looking for a bold communicator to help bring our people with us. This is your chance to shape how thousands of colleagues experience change, from the runway tarmac to the terminal and beyond. You’ll lead the story of transformation, making it real, relevant and rooted in our long-term success.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’re a natural storyteller who can turn strategy into something people feel part of, you’ll have previously led comms for big, bold change programmes and you know how to bring people with you and make comms land – whether it’s a quick update or a full-blown campaign. You’ll care about people, not just process, bringing energy, empathy and a sharp eye for what makes people tick. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express opinions, information and key points of argument clearly, and be proficient in MS Office suite. Experience in aviation, transport or operational environments is a plus.
