About the Role
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care, supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting personal care and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting nutrition, hydration and mobility
- Monitoring and reporting changes in wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting medication where trained and authorised
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and infection-control procedures
- Working effectively with colleagues and other professionals
