About The Role

As a Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Designer you will be responsible for designing and selling our customers their dream kitchens and bedrooms, whilst also providing world class retail customer service throughout their MAF journey.

You will earn a basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will welcome customers to MAF, presenting the wide variety of products and ranges to suit customer needs
• Ensure all leads (walk-in and online) are contacted and followed up in a timely manner to secure successful sales
• Follow up on customer enquiries
• Discuss our end to end customer journey, including full home measure service, kitchen design process and installation options
• Visit customers’ homes to provide an exceptional experience of designing their dream kitchen and bedrooms
• Guide customers through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose MAF Bedrooms & Kitchens
• Actively listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets and exceeds expectations
• Conduct home surveys that ensure accurate measurements are used in the design process
• Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our purpose-built 3D CAD software
• Ensure your diary is managed effectively, giving enough time to each appointment
• Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase
• Present multiple approved finance and payment methods
• Maintain an order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time
• Consistently achieve sales targets

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• You are customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail
• You are results driven and motivated to exceed KPI’s
• Sales/Kitchen design experience is preferable
• Experience using CAD software such as Autokitchen is highly beneficial
• You\’ll be available to work 40hrs per week
• Organised with the ability to manage your diary effectively
• Ability to communicate with customers via email, over the phone and in person
• A creative mind, with an eye for detail to create inspirational kitchen designs
• Results driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets
• You will have a full UK manual driving licence
