We're Maeving, and we build Britain's best-selling electric motorcycles right here in Coventry.

Our first bike, the RM1, became the best-reviewed electric motorcycle in the country.

Our second, the RM1S, won 'Best Urban Electric Motorcycle' ahead of BMW and Kawasaki.

Not bad for a company that started four years ago with two mates in a flat.

Now we need a Service & PDI Technician to join the team.

Here's the truth about this job: every bike we sell passes through your hands before it reaches a customer.

If something's not right, it's on you to catch it.

That's a lot of responsibility, but it's also why the role matters.

You're the last person to check a bike over before someone rides it home, so you're really the one making sure they fall in love with it.

The work itself is a mix.

Some days you'll be doing final checks and fitting accessories on brand new bikes, taking them out for test rides to make sure the brakes, steering, and ride all feel spot on.

Other days you'll be inspecting and servicing bikes, either at our facility or out in the field, and keeping the paperwork straight so every job is properly logged.

You don't need to be a master mechanic to apply.

What you do need is a full, clean UK driving licence, the strength to load and manoeuvre bikes safely, and the confidence to use apps for tracking your work.

If you've done a vehicle inspection before, or you know your way around a motorcycle (electric, especially), even better.

But we're more interested in people who care about doing things properly than ticking every box.

What we can offer back is genuinely a bit different.

Everyone here is a shareholder, so when Maeving does well, you do well.

We're a tight-knit team that's pulled off something no one else has, and we've got a lot more we want to do.

You'll get the space and support to make this role your own.

If sustainable transport and proper craftsmanship are your thing, get in touch. We'd love to meet you.
