Maestro Arts is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support our Directors and oversee the smooth running of our London office. This is a key role at the heart of a dynamic international artist management company.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support our Directors and play a central role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the company. This is a varied and hands-on position combining executive support, office management, HR coordination and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to Directors, including diary and travel coordination
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Manage suppliers, facilities, procurement and office resources
  • Support HR administration and recruitment processes
  • Coordinate IT systems, equipment and external providers
  • Maintain company policies, documentation and internal systems
  • Organise internal meetings, events and general office logistics
  • Assist with financial administration, including expenses and office budgets

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
  • Discreet and confident handling confidential information
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
  • Strong IT confidence (Microsoft Office, collaboration tools; experience with databases is an advantage)
  • A strong interest in the performing arts, particularly classical music, is highly desirable

Salary: commensurate with experience

Start date: Looking to start in August 2026
