Join our team and make a difference every day. At Maesbrook Care Home – a 45-bed, family‑led nursing home in Shrewsbury providing 24‑hour care for older people – you’ll become part of a tight‑knit team where your efforts are valued, your development is supported, and you genuinely belong.

The Role

  • Work between 07:45 and 20:00 in a fixed 2‑week rota with alternate weekends (no split shifts).
  • Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care under the guidance of our Nurses and Senior Carers.
  • Support residents with personal care, daily living activities, companionship and dignity.
  • Use our modern picture‑based electronic care‑records system – full training and a dedicated mentor provided.
  • Join a friendly, stable team environment where your impact is visible and valued.

About You

  • Kind, dependable, and passionate about supporting older people.
  • Previous care home experience helpful but not essential – full training given.
