Job Description
As ourTender Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end tender process for new and existing clients. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling, commercially sound proposals that align with client needs and our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality tenders and RFQs.

Analyse tender documents and client requirements to develop winning strategies.

Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and sales teams to gather input and ensure alignment.

Produce written content to convey the Maersk value proposition.

Manage timelines and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards.

Conduct post-tender reviews and support contract negotiations where required.

Maintain a database of tender outcomes and continuously improve the bid process.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in tender/bid management within the logistics or supply chain sector.

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract logistics operations.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
THIS ROLE CAN BE HOME-BASED in the UK, Ideally within a 1-hour drive to one of our sites.
